Last night was my first time in PBR. I got there super early though . The cool guy at the bar welcomed me in and we chatted a few minutes. Great guy and very knowledgeable about the place. Didn't catch his name but he was wearing a toboggan and could have passed for a Viking in his past life. Then, after about an hour, people started coming in and prepping for their night of fun and drinks. Which btw, cool idea on the 3 bars and bull. I only had water ( I know, who the he!! Orders water at a bar?) lol anyway, the young lady behind the bar was pretty cool too. Engaging and pleasant. I owe her a by getting an actual drink next time) The music was great as well as watching people ride the bull. Everyone was having a good time and just living in the moment. There were a few girls that kept making eye contact and smiling at me ( wasn't sure if they were being genuinely nice or trying to sell me a shot lol) of course, I didn't catch any names but I swear there was one that popped up no matter where I was standing . Looked to be Latina given the lighting. Anyway, I had fun and had some friends show up and hung out with them before leaving. I'm sure I will be back soon. Maybe I will catch some names next time.

I live in Florida, but currently on a business trip to the beautiful city of Louisville, Kentucky. I was able to convince some colleagues to come to PBR Cowboy Bar. I love the music, the mechanical bull is awesome, the vibe is just awesome and they play country music, so that's a win for me. Chris was my waitress, and she was simply fantastic. A smile goes a long way. Hopefully the next time I'm here, Chris will be my waitress again, she's truly a great young woman. Friendly cheerful and great to talk to. When you're visiting a new city for the first time, I can't stress how much a friendly person can make all the difference in the world. I would definitely go back to PBR, because I like the music, the drinks are great, the mechanical bull was awesome, and Chris my waitress was perfect.

Cool place! Drinks were good, service was great, and they even have a bull you can ride. If you’re in downtown Louisville and tolerate country music, check it out!

Hands down the best "Cowboy"/Country bar in the area. Multiple bars inside to grab a drink at. The bartender I kept going to all night was outside on a bridge that overlooked the entire street. When asked said her name is Sabrina, she just seemed like she actually was happy to be there, which in return just made my whole groups experience better. We never had to wait for a drink outside which was nice due to the amount of high volume they had inside. I was surprised by the variety of bourbon they have as well inside at some of their bars. They have shot girls walking around all night long with syringe shots; i bought 4 at first from Josie for my friends and I. She did not have to twist my arm for a second round not too long after that! From what i can tell they offer an unforgettable VIP Experience with bottle service. i was shown the list of bottles/beer packages from their VIP host reasonable prices for a "night club". They have a mechanical bull too which my first time on one! Definitely reccomend this bar to everyone looking for a good buckin time! (Pun definitely intended)

This is one of the best bars in Louisville for nightlife. Located right in 4th Street Live, this bar's cowboy themed bar provides a terrific atmosphere for those that like music, dancing, and/or riding a mechanical bull. The drink prices are about what you'd expect at a place like this. The security and staff are quite prevalent so it's probably not best to get too far out of line, despite it being such a hype and rambunctious environment. There are a few stairs that you can go up and there are spots to sit down in chairs in more of a lounge type setting. Another cool part of this place is that they are open until 3am on weekends. Definitely a good place to go when all of the other bars are closed. Overall, this bar is definitely worth checking out if you are looking for good nightlife.

I saw Ian Able tonight at PBR, and I have watched him a few times but never at PBR Louisville Ky. I don’t know what they did differently this time but they sounded amazing! The sound quality was better than I have ever heard from them, I do not know what it was, but Great job guys! The atmosphere was way better than I expected on a Thursday, thank you PBR for the great night and I will be returning in the future.

What a great venue! Very intimate and comfortable. Sounds great, but imo could use some better lighting when they have bands. Everything else was top notch.

Awesome atmosphere!! First time being here and will definitely be back. Had a blast. Curtis the bartender would give Tom Cruise in Cocktails a run for his money. My only knock on this place was they do the wall of heros every month and after talking to Curtis I found out he's a USMC and US Army vet and isn't on the wall of heros. Coming from a fellow army vet that man should definitely be up there. Even though I know he doesn't wanna be. He's a great employee!! Give that man his due over some ROTC cadets
